Me
I have over 5 years of experience working in communications and customer engagement roles. Currently, I work as an Account Manager in Gusto assisting small business owners understand how to better use our software tools as well as provide the support they need in order to spend less time worrying about payroll and more focusing on their business growth.
Previously, I was a communications manager at a restaurant chain group in Brazil, managing internal comms, external relationships with customers and stakeholders. I also worked closely with directors setting strategic movements in order to expand brand visibility through our targeted audiences.
